How does ordering works at Prep The Food?

  • You can prepare healthy meals yourself, but you don't feel like it after a long work or school day? So what is easier is to order the food at Prep. It is not only easier but also cheaper & faster!

Explained in a few steps

  1. Make a choice from us assortment And fill your shopping cart to at least € 45.
  2. Molar meals Based on what you like, need or A package To achieve your fitness goal.
  3. You complete the order and we receive the order. NB: You can select the delivery day at checkout. We do our best to stick to it. But it may sometimes deviate from extreme crowds. You will always receive a track and trace code in the mail. 
  4. The chefs prepare your meals and we deliver fresh on the chosen day through our logistics partner or frozen if you have chosen it. 
  5. Enjoy without washing or shopping from your healthy meal.
 

Delivery

We deliver throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. The meals are sent freshly prepared and freshly cooled. Only our frozen range is frozen. Please note: it is your own responsibility to be present at home to receive the package and keep it cool!
