You can easily prepare healthy meals yourself, but who doesn't feel like it after a long day at work or school? So, what's easier is ordering from prep the food . It's not only easier, but also cheaper and faster!

EXPLAINED IN A FEW STEPS

Please choose from our assortment and fill your shopping cart to a minimum of €45.
Choose meals based on what you like, need or a package to achieve your fitness goals.
You complete the order and we receive the order. NB: You can select your delivery date at checkout. We'll do our best to meet your delivery date, but it may vary during peak periods. You'll always receive a track and trace code by email.
The chefs prepare your meals and we deliver them fresh on the chosen day via our logistics partner or frozen if you have chosen that option.
Enjoy your healthy meal without washing dishes or going shopping meal.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Meals are freshly prepared and shipped fresh, chilled, or frozen.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your own responsibility to be present at home to receive the package and keep it cool! We cannot guarantee specific times.

NL: Monday to Saturday

BE: Tuesday and Thursday

THE: Friday
