Our frozen discount category is cheaper than the rest because these are meals that come from the freezer with us. We are known for our daily fresh meals, but if you don't need it because you are going to freeze your meals, then you can opt for the cheaper freezer meals!
After receiving, meals can be kept for 4 days on refrigerator temperature and shelf life for 12 weeks in the freezer. This applies to meals, juices and soups. The wraps, on the other hand, are no longer tenable than 3 days in the fridge and not suitable for freezing. Our Surinamese Roti roll chicken can be kept for 10 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.
We use little to no salt in our meals. We only use salt to season some meals. Often this is already mixed in one of our herbs.
The weight of a meal differs per type and size. With each meal the weight is stated on the page and on the label.
Our meals are always prepared on the day of shipment. We do not have ready-made stock as others do. We do this to deliver a product that is as fresh as possible. We have meals from our freezer Discount range in stock.
The meals and soups can be kept in the fridge for 4 days after receipt. You can also freeze the meals and soups. Then they are still 12 weeks + shelf life. View the label because this differs per meal. This does not apply to the wraps. Wraps can be kept for a maximum of 3 days on refrigerator temperature and not suitable for freezing! Our Surinamese Roti roll chicken can be kept for 10 days and to freeze up to 6 months. The juices can be kept in the fridge for 10 days.
Plan ahead. Make sure you save the meals and soups in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours in advance. Then you give the meals and soups the opportunity to thaw quietly. This ensures that you do not have a cold meal when warming up. The juices can be kept for 10 days on fridge temperature. Shake well and ready!
Always follow what is on the label. With every meal the instructions are on the label. After thawing you can heat up the meal at the desired temperature in the microwave, oven or in a pan. Note: only bring to temperature. The meals are well cooked.
We only work with halal products. All our meals and products are halal and are prepared in a HACCP-approved kitchen that uses only halal products. Send an email to [email protected] to receive a certificate as proof.
We prepare all our meals according to a calculated planning. In this way we prepare exactly enough to process all our orders. So we have no ready -made stock that can spoil. This way we help combat food waste!

With us you can choose from packages with the aim of losing weight (fewer calories) or arriving (more calories), 1 or 2 week packages with delicious meals or you can select your meals separately. It is also possible to take out a subscription. We use a minimum purchase of € 45.
Do you want to pick up? Then you can indicate this at the checkout. You can then choose to pick up. The order is then ready on the day you planned through our agenda. The collections are from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday in Nieuw Vennep.
You can choose from a weekly delivery every other week or every month. You decide when you receive the meals at the checkout. A subscription starts from € 45 and you will receive a standard 15% discount on the entire range.
The payments with a subscription go through collection. You pay on the basis of the number of deliveries. So if you choose weekly delivery, you pay weekly. Every 2 weeks? Then you pay every 2 weeks.
You can always change something within your subscription. You do this by emailing or whatsapping with your full name and order number containing the changes you want to make. We usually respond to the mail within 24 hours. Make sure you change this well before you receive the delivery. The price change that goes with it is automatically adjusted in the next collection.
No. You can always stop or cancel your subscription. You are not tied to anything.
When paying, you choose the day and any time block in which you want to receive the delivery. The evening before the delivery you will receive a track and trace code to be able to follow the order. Note: It is your own responsibility to be at home in order to assume the package and to keep the package cool.
We have chilled meals and frozen meals. You will receive our frozen meals when selecting our frozen discount range or with a next day delivery.
No problem! Our distributor keeps all our packages in cooling cells. This is also taken into account for the packages that go via PostNL. We guarantee that the package will remain cool for at least 48 hours.
When paying, you can choose a time block in which we deliver. It sometimes happens that we arrive a little earlier or later than planned in connection with crowds on the way, for example. You will be kept informed about this by means of the track and trace code.
Via PostNL: the meals are packed in a special 4-layer insulating bag. These go in combination with gel packs in a thickened box. This creates a "mobile fridge" that keeps the meals cooled for 3 days.
Delivery partner: Then the meals are kept cooled in cooling cells and transported with refrigerated trucks.
Is it not true? Then make sure that the delivery person delivers the package at one of the neighbors. You are responsible for this yourself. Clear instructions through a note on the door is important for delivery or indicate it when paying in the order notes. Make sure it is always your deductible if the delivery person gives the package somewhere else or leaves out than planned.
We prepare meals from Monday to Thursday. We deliver the meals from Monday to Saturday.
When checking out, choose Next Day Delivery. Because we work according to a schedule, we cannot just slide an order between them. In exceptional cases this is possible, as long as the planning allows this. We do not prepare meals on Fridays and at the weekend.
