Our frozen discount category is cheaper than the rest because these meals are frozen. We're known for our fresh meals, but if you don't need that because you're going to freeze your meals anyway, you can choose our more affordable frozen meals!
The meals will keep for 4 days at refrigerator temperature after receipt and 12 weeks in the freezer. This applies to the meals, juices, and soups. The wraps, however, are only good for 3 days in the refrigerator and are not suitable for freezing. Our Surinamese Roti Roll Chicken will keep for 10 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
We use little to no salt in our meals. We only use salt to flavor certain dishes. It's often already mixed into one of our herbs.
The weight of a meal varies by type and size. The weight is listed on each meal's page and label.
Our meals are always prepared on the day of shipment. We don't keep ready-made stock like others do. We do this to deliver the freshest possible product. Meals from our frozen discount range are in stock.
The meals and soups can be kept in the refrigerator for 4 days after receipt. You can also freeze the meals and soups. They will then have a shelf life of 12 weeks or more. Check the label, as this varies per meal. This does not apply to the wraps. Wraps can be kept at refrigerator temperature for a maximum of 3 days and are not suitable for freezing! Our Surinamese Roti Roll Chicken has a shelf life of 10 days and can be frozen for up to 6 months. The juices can be kept in the refrigerator for 10 days.
Plan ahead. Make sure you take your meals and soups out of the freezer and put them in the refrigerator 24 to 48 hours in advance. This gives them time to thaw slowly. This ensures you won't have a cold meal when you reheat it. The juices will keep for 10 days at refrigerator temperature. Just shake well and you're done!
Always follow the label. Instructions are provided on the label for each meal. After thawing, you can reheat the meal to your desired temperature in the microwave, oven, or saucepan. Note: only bring to room temperature. The meals are thoroughly cooked.
We only work with halal products. All our meals and products are halal and are prepared in a HACCP-approved kitchen that uses only halal products. Send an email to [email protected] to receive a certificate as proof.
We prepare all our meals according to a calculated schedule. This way, we prepare just enough to fill all our orders. So we don't have any pre-prepared stock that can spoil. This is how we help prevent food waste!

With us, you can choose from packages aimed at weight loss (fewer calories) or weight gain (more calories), one- or two-week packages with delicious meals, or you can select your own meals individually. You can also subscribe. Our minimum order is €45.
Would you like to pick up your order? You can indicate this at checkout. You can then select "pick up." Your order will then be ready on the day you scheduled it in our calendar. Pickup times are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday in Nieuw Vennep.
You can choose between weekly, biweekly, or monthly deliveries. You decide when you receive your meals at checkout. Subscriptions start at €45, and you get a standard 15% discount on the entire range.
Subscription payments are made via direct debit. You pay based on the number of deliveries. So, if you choose weekly delivery, you pay weekly. Every two weeks? Then you pay every two weeks.
You can always make changes to your subscription. Simply email or WhatsApp us with your full name and order number, stating the changes you'd like to make. We usually respond to your email within 24 hours. Please make sure you make these changes well before you receive your delivery. The associated price change will be automatically adjusted with your next direct debit.
No. You can always stop or cancel your subscription. You're not committed to anything.
At checkout, you choose the day and time slot you'd like to receive your order. You'll receive a track and trace code the evening before your chosen day so you can follow your order. Please note: it's your responsibility to be home to receive the package and to keep it cool.
We offer fresh, chilled meals and frozen meals. You can receive our frozen meals when you select our frozen discount selection or with next-day delivery.
No problem! Our distributor stores all our packages in cold storage or freezers. This is also taken into account for packages shipped via DPD. We guarantee that the package will remain cool for at least 48 hours.
At checkout, you can choose a delivery time slot. Occasionally, we might arrive a little earlier or later than planned due to traffic congestion, for example. You'll be notified of this via the track and trace code.
Via DPD: the meals are packed in a special 4-layer insulated bag. These are combined with gel packs or dry ice in a thickened box. This creates a "mobile refrigerator" that keeps the meals cool for 3 days.
Chill-Bill: The meals are stored in cold stores and transported in refrigerated trucks.
If it's not convenient, please arrange for the delivery driver to leave the package with one of your neighbors. You are responsible for this yourself. Clear instructions in a note on the door are important for delivery, or please indicate this in the order notes at checkout. Please note that it is always your own risk if the delivery driver leaves or delivers the package somewhere other than planned.

We prepare fresh meals Monday through Thursday. If you order after midnight on Wednesday and want your meals delivered fresh, Tuesday is the next available option.
Select next-day delivery at checkout. Because we work according to a schedule, we can't simply move an order between orders. In exceptional circumstances, this is possible, as long as the schedule allows. We don't prepare meals on Fridays or weekends.
