Heating Instructions

It's best to let the meal thaw slowly in the refrigerator before reheating. Ideally, remove the meal from the freezer 24 hours beforehand. This way, the meal will thaw gradually and prevent cold spots. It also heats up faster!

Prep meal reheat in the microwave:

  1.   Poke a few holes in the packaging, spreading it around the container.
  2.   Place the meal in the microwave and follow the instructions on the label for time and power.
  3.   Heat the meal according to the label instructions. Note: the meal only needs to be heated through, not cooked through.
  4.   Let the meal rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute with the foil on top.
  5.   Check the temperature. Is everything nice and warm? Enjoy!

Prep meal reheat in a pan:

  1.   Place the pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil, butter, or cooking spray.
  2.   Place the thawed meal in the pan. If the meal is still frozen, reduce the heat and cover the pan to retain steam.
  3.   Stir regularly to prevent the meal from burning and ensure it heats evenly.
  4.   Check the temperature before serving. Enjoy!

Prep meal reheat in the oven or air fryer:

  1.   Poke a few holes in the packaging, spreading it around the container.
  2.   Place the meal in the oven and follow the instructions on the label for time and temperature.
  3.   Please note: when placing the container in the oven, make sure the temperature does not exceed 120°C.
  4.   Let the meal rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute with the foil on top.
  5.   Check the temperature. Is everything nice and warm? Enjoy!
