We use products from the vegetarian butcher. We chose this because we believe the vegetarian butcher offers the best quality meat substitutes currently available. Our meat substitutes are made primarily from soy. For more information, email: [email protected]

Once received, the meals will keep for 4 days at refrigerator temperature and 10 weeks in the freezer. This applies to the meals, juices, and soups. The wraps, however, have a shelf life of no more than 2 days and are not suitable for freezing. 

We use little to no salt in our meals. We only use salt to flavor certain dishes. It's often already mixed into one of our herbs.

The weight of a meal varies by type and size. You can find this information on the label or on the meal's page. 

Our meals are always prepared on the day of shipment. We don't keep ready-made stock like others. We do this to deliver the freshest product possible.
